In-Unit & On-Site Laundry
Every rehabbed unit comes with its own in-unit laundry, so wash day never leaves your apartment. And for everyone else, we have several card-operated laundry machines on site, no quarters required.
The Game Room
Ping pong, shuffleboard, and a game table stocked with board games, all set up and ready for a rematch. Grab a paddle and make yourself at home.
The Picnic Area
A covered gazebo, picnic tables, and charcoal grills on the green, room to cook out, relax, and let the kids run. The surrounding landscaping keeps improving as our upgrades continue.
